Delivery
We will deliver your floral gifts anywhere in the UK and worldwide via Teleflora.
For deliveries on the same day orders must be received before 1300 GMT.
For next day deliveries, orders must be received before 1700 GMT.
Gift Wrapping
Our gift-wrapping service includes a generous amount of ribbon and/or decoration and a card with your personal message. Or alternately presented in a luxury gift bag or gift box.
Availability
We do our best to have all our gifts available throughout the year. However, from time to time this may not be possible. Floral Art therefore reserves the right to substitute an item for another of similar value.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices and specification are correct. However, while colour production is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear.
Floral Art reserves the right to alter the prices without prior notice.
Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will not be able exchange or refund your floral option. For any other item, purchased on this site please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in its original condition
Cancellation
We understand that a change in circumstances may lead to you cancelling your order.
To avoid losing your full deposit, please take note of our cancellation policy schedule:
Wedding arrangements - 7 days notice
Funeral arrangements - 7 days notice
All other orders - 24 hours notice
